We will be happy to replace any item or grant store credit for the full purchase price if the frame is damaged upon arrival, and you contact us within 7 days. We must recieve the item within 14 days of receipt of your order.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you would like an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred - we will ship to you at our expense limit of 2 exchanges.
Please return your package in the original packaging via prepaid, insured and traceable methods.
